You're trusting us with your sales, your bank and your team. Here is exactly how we handle that.
View-only connections
Your point of sale, bank, payroll and accounting connect with read-only access. Nothing in the Command Bar can move money.
You approve access
Wherever a system allows it, you approve the connection through its own sign-in, so we don't need your passwords.
Your own private board
Your board and database are kept separate from every other business we work with.
Locked by default
Your board is encrypted and only opens with your password. Staff on the Store App sign in with personal PINs, and the iPad locks itself when it's idle.
Writing back is limited to stock
On Full and with the Store App, stock moves and counts update your point-of-sale inventory, and only when you or your staff tap to do it. Nothing ever touches money or payments.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Data moves over encrypted connections and is stored with established cloud providers.
Yours to take with you
If you ever leave, we hand over an export of your data and then delete it.
Proven on our own business first
The Command Bar runs our own stores every day, with our own bank and our own payroll on it.
