90 minutes with me, in your store or on a call. Within a week you get a one-page plan: what to keep, what to fix, what to build and what to stop paying for. $500, and it counts toward any build you start within 60 days.
A fixed quote
One price, in writing, with what's in and what's out. Never hourly, so the meter isn't running.
The build
You see it working along the way, not just at the end. Your data stays in its own private place, never mixed with anyone else's.
Launch and care
Your team gets a short guide written for your business. After launch, care covers hosting, fixes and small changes.
