Bar None Solutions sets up and runs the Command Bar for owner-run businesses. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We don't sell or share your information, ever.
What we collect
When you fill out our intake form: your name, business, contact details and what you tell us about how you run. When you visit this site: basic, anonymous visit counts (no advertising trackers and no cookies that follow you around the web).
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, set up your board. We don't use it for anything else.
If you become a client
Your systems connect with view-only access wherever the system allows it, and you approve that access through the system's own sign-in. Your board and data are kept separate from every other business we work with. If you leave, we hand over an export of your data and then delete it.
Who helps us run things
We use a few established providers to host the site, store data and send email (such as Lovable, Vercel, Supabase and Resend). They process data only to provide that service to us.
How long we keep it
Intake details for up to two years if we don't end up working together, then we delete them. Client data for as long as you're a client, then as described above.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we have about you at any time, and we won't treat you differently for asking. California residents have these rights under state law.
